AbbeyAutoline has successfully been awarded Silver Accreditation by Investors in People (IIP) in recognition of its investment to its people strategy and practices.
Investors in People (IIP) is a highly recognised international framework, assessing how an organisation is performing against its We Invest in People framework. This is the first time that AbbeyAutoline has achieved the accreditation since the new brand launched in 2020.
AbbeyAutoline underwent a period of independent assessment earlier this year, which included input from all members of staff. A report on findings will help provide guidance and support on ways to improve the workplace culture.
Speaking of the accreditation, Managing Director Julie Gibbons said, “I am delighted that AbbeyAutoline has been awarded Silver accreditation following its first Investors In People (IIP) assessment. This was a real team effort and shows that we are on the right track when it comes to employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices.
“Like everything however, there is always room for improvement and with the support of Investors In People (IIP), I am confident that with the feedback received will allow us to further improve our performance at leading, supporting and improving our people and culture strategy.”
With the accreditation lasting three years, this is only the start of the journey with Investors In People (IIP) and highlights AbbeyAutoline’s commitment to its people management going forward.
