Is this role for me?
The ideal candidate will thrive in a target driven, fast-paced team environment. You should have the ability to articulate, explain and advise customers on their commercial insurance cover.
You will be highly motivated, maximising every opportunity to help our customers with their insurance needs and requirements whilst providing an exceptional level of service.
The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, recognising opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell when they arise and constantly seeking new ways to improve and optimise the customer service experience.
You will have the ability to work independently using your own initiative but also as part of a wider team.
