Stroll Insurance Services Limited has transferred all customers to its sister company Abbey Insurance Brokers Limited trading as AbbeyAutoline.
What does this mean for me?
From Wednesday 8th April, the team at AbbeyAutoline will be taking care of you and your car insurance going forward.
Don’t worry. Your current insurance cover, benefits, premium, terms and conditions, Insurer and policy details will all remain unchanged.
Any ongoing claims under your policy will continue to be dealt with by your Insurers and any new claims can be reported to AbbeyAutoline who will be happy to help.
Please be assured that there is no change to your policy and you don’t need to do anything as a result of the change.
What if I pay monthly?
If you currently pay by monthly direct debit, your payment amount, collection date and method of payment will remain the same. You do not need to do anything. We will continue to collect your monthly payments as normal.
What if I need to make any changes?
If you need to make a change to your policy you can either fill in a request form by clicking this link or you can all them the team on 08000 66 55 44 and select option 1 for Personal Insurance.
What if I need to make a new claim?
To report a new claim, call AbbeyAutoline’s 24-Hour reporting line 08000 28 28 70.

What about my renewal?
When your policy is due for renewal, you will get your renewal reminder as normal and a member of the AbbeyAutoline team will be in touch with you to discuss your renewal. The AbbeyAutoline team will be able to renew your policy or check to see if there is a cheaper alternative.

Your personal data will continue to be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The transfer of policy administration does not affect how your data is safeguarded or your rights under data protection law.
